Printing Capability

Software

The label images can be selected from pre-programmed design formats, several of

these images can be held simultaneously in RAM which means that different labels

can be produced without waiting for the image to be downloaded.

- Up to 30 printers can be controlled from 1 computer

- All printers are interchangeable and can be moved easily between  lines.

- Each printer can be assigned a different label image simultaneously.

- Available in both DOS and WINDOWS formats

Two Supporting Software Packages

Labagent® which selects printers, manages the group of printers, maintains a label count history on each and provides a daily history to an ASCII file.

LabAdv® which enables label design off line with WINDOWS. All major barcodes are supported. Mathematical operations (e.g. Weight X Unit Price = Total) can all be built into the label image and operate on transmitted data downline without affecting print/apply speed.  Dates can be presented in any format.  Product traceability can be achieved with date, time and lane printing, automatically updating every minute.

Label Application Capability

The combination of the OP60 with our Labgen software enables printing and application of labels containing: various dates, any type of barcode, logos and whatever type of text the size of the label permits.  This allows you to immediately improve the presentation of your product, adapt the label design to your own needs and prepares you for any future changes (such as legislation).
